I've been going to game n.a. for 3yrs and I've not had any problems with items ibe TAKEN BK\\nAll the staff are very polite and and also have a laugh with them as I spend more off my in the store\\nI'm off there today as the manager advised me to take insurance out on ps4 pads as mi son as puncher the pad WEN he get mad so I pay £7.50 which is cheaper for me\\nExcellent staff

I bought a basic wired xbox controller for £20. I visited the next day to find the price lowered to £15. I know it's not a massive amount but when your a student struggling to find money, £5 is a lot. I'm sure that the guy who served me could have told me the price was going to change, and I could have waited a day as the controller was not a of massive importance.

The store has a variety of different games, consoles and accessories but in the number of times I have been they only had one staff on the till and large queues with another staff member just walking round the shop putting things on shelfs.

Having a teenage son, I am a regular customer here and the staff are so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they will give advice on games, consoles and all manner of technical issues and point you in the right direction for assistance if they can't resolve your issue in store.

Not been in the shop but from the outside it looks good and inviting, I'm just not a gaming person but if I was I'd personally go into game and see what it's like. They have used mobile phones in the window and they seem expensive for second hand phones. Not the shop I would go to if I needed to replace my phone

Ok, I've been here before and got games for a good price and everything was there. But today my dad went and purchased Super Mario Odyssey for the switch and there was no game cartridge inside. Because of this I am very displeased as he staff didn't even bother to check if the game cartridge was there. Make sure staff check boxes or cases as you buy things from here. But because of this experience I have to right a negative review.

Very friendly and helpful staff member talked me through a variety of options regarding some purchases I was looking into. No hard sell, genuine advice and even recommended a different store that may have stock of an item they couldn't get hold of.
Store is smaller than old branch but is bright, clean and reasonably modern with a good stock range for a small(ish) branch.
