Awful woman that works there, older lady with short blonde hair. Maybe a manager? She was so rude, very unprofessional and stuck up. I was holding a drink, with a lid on, I?m an adult woman, I was looking to buy a Gucci bag, she storms over and told me that drinks aren?t allowed in store, despite no signage anywhere about this, and said that I need to leave my drink by the front door or get out. I wouldn?t leave my drink unattended in this day and age so that wasn?t an option. She was very patronising saying that there are expensive things in this shop! As if I didn?t know? I bought Chanel sunglasses yesterday from Meadowhall so your shop with expensive things isn?t a problem for me! She was clearly very judgemental! She lost a sale because of her rude, stuck up attitude. She realises that she doesn?t own Flannels right?! What a job worth. Avoid this shop and go elsewhere.

Staff weren?t helpful really at all i asked where something was and got directed in a complete wrong place not good for a ?high class? shop id atleast think they?d take me over there will not be going to this one again Meadowhall is better

I recently returned a shirt and was assisted by a member of staff called Liv. I can't praise this young lady enough, she was a diamond. There was complications with the return yet she went to great lengths to make sure the problem was resolved, even getting in touch with head office with the issue. It was refreshing to see that kind of commitment and I fully appreciate this lady's work ethics. I'll definitely be returning and thank you Liv, you're a star !!!

Good to see an high end store in the town centre. Very good selection of clothing footwear and accessories. Even with designer clothing prices are reasonable.

Partner bought me a pair of shorts for Christmas, size was wrong. Tried to return she told my partner couldn?t return even though tags on and have never left bag since bought. Disgusting behaviour when you can only get credit note anyways just to buy something else which I was at three times the price. Was the older lady not sure name but terrible service.

I went in store looking to buy some Mallet trainers as I?d seen them discounted online, the discount wasn?t the same in store but after speaking to staff members and the manager (who were very helpful and kind) they price matched. Extremely satisfied with the service I received today and will definitely be shopping in this store again in the future.

The manager of this store the older woman with blonde hair wants to realise she doesn?t own the store and get some manners, absolutely vile and disgusting attitude, terrible customer service. I won?t shop in this flannels I will spend extra travelling to Meadowhall, and il be going further with my complaint about her.

The assistant store manager Adam restored my faith in Flannels customer service. The whole store is run perfectly. The customer service is second to none. He tried everything to accommodate what i needed. Can?t thank him more, or speak more highly.

Amazing customer service, Came in to buy a pair of off-white trainers a couple weeks ago, customer assistant helped out greatly finding the correct size for me. Was checked thoroughly at the till and i left the store satisfied<3

I was walking today in front of your store filming the outside of the store when the blonde women in her 50s start yelling from inside the store that you are not allowed to film the store.. I turned around and left even thought I wanted to visit your store. I am disgusted of her arttitude. In this digital era that are we living in is this a way of treating customers????
