Everytime myself or family order something from here, at least 1 item ends up getting sent back as they get it so wrong! I think it's the systems though not the staff

This is ridiculous. I waited for my order three times longer than expected. Finally, they delivered my order. I ordered a GKN CV boot kit and an air compressor. They delivered an incorrect CV boot kit and a faulty air compressor with signs of use. I am just waiting for a response about a return and reimbursement for the label I paid to the garage. A total waste of time with unprofessional customer service from this store. I won't use you for any parts for my cars.

Mixed feelings on this one, At first the sale was very good i ordered online and collected my items from the store very easy and in stock at a good price. Sadly i had an issue with one of my items and had to return it to the store.
On returning the store was busy with a queue of customers and one lady on the till point. I waited in line and waited my turn, You could here some of the other staff in the back office joking around not the best look when customers are waiting.
I got to the front of the queue and explained my issue, I had to answer loads of questions to her and again to the manager as they did not believe what i was saying. after much back and forth a exchange was issued and i was on my way.
From my experience this is good for sales but not so sure on the follow up after sales.

Cheap parts easy to collect. Had ordered parts on Amazon but Amazon used DPD to deliver and DPD are incapable of delivering to someone's front door so they got took to a holding place. So ordered car parts same day at euro car parts and collected in a taxi. Sometimes I think it's better to buy stuff in person kinda thing. Great selection of car parts. Good prices
