Been in this pharmacy a number of times and every time everyone just stares me out for 5 minutes behind the counter then someone finally asks if I?ve been served. You know I haven?t been served you?ve stared at me for 5 mins. It?s not that it?s a one off it?s happened multiple times now. I complained when I went in yesterday and will definitely not be returning to this pharmacy. Very rude and excuses were just made when I complained. Don?t make customers feel uncomfortable!

Given out of date pills last year. Told my prescription wasn?t there and had been for days!! And then given a prescription the doctor had cancelled earlier in the year. Then the pharmacist rather than come over and explain the situation shouted so that everyone could hear. But didn?t like when I told everyone about their misdoings. Have changed pharmacy. Avoid.

I fully agree with Larry who reviewed Elliots below. I ask for a prescription using online ordering in the morning and it is delivered by Ron the same afternoon. Take some flowers in to say thanks, I did.

My experience with Elliotts pharmacy been with them 4 years delivered prescription the same day as ordered or following day if I have phoned them its to tell them to deliver when I am at home . Never a problem I have been in to see a Doctor he sends them prescription I go into pharmacy longest wait 10 minutes. The staff are friendly cheerful & helpful So I cannot understand their star rating

Used them for years, they used to deliver but since my husband retired he collects our medication. Caroline is brilliant, always sorted if there has been a problem. The odd glitch has soon been resolved quickly.

5 Stars not enough for Elliot's Pharmacy. People forget that without the Pharmacy's through lock down we would have been stuffed. I can't thank all the staff at Elliott's enough for their front line work throughout the Pandemic. Staff are always friendly and Polite. THANK YOU.Post Lockdown/Pandemic UPDATE: Elliot's are still providing a first class service. Can't fault them.

The pharmacy wasn't open on Saturday (should have been 9am-5pm) then it closes on a Monday, which by anyone's standards is poor - especially for a new facility that many depend on.
