Gave one star because I couldn?t give no star?sThis company don?t know the meaning of the word compassionate my mum has early onset dementia and stage four lung cancer this company had no compassion just decided to give her two weeks notice without any consultation with the family they knew she was a stickler for time keeping but were regularly late on at least three occasions I had to go and do the service myself because they didn?t have a carer for my mother, they left the keys in the house on a regular basis so the next carer couldn?t get in.Compassionate !!! what a load of old rubbish. If you love your elderly parent don?t go with compassionate care

Excellent - cannot praise these carers enough. They went over and above what we expected from a care firm - providing 'compassionate care' to an elderly stubborn and uncooperative mother in law with dementia. The staff made sure they got to see her at least once a day even when she did her best to avoid them! We were kept informed of all developments in a professional and personal manner. In short 'mum' was treated as a person not just another number.
