Absolutely the worst chemist I have ever been to. The staff are disorganized, the waiting period is laughable. The pharmacy who dispenses can be abrupt,but some can be friendly. It's your choice next to the doctors, but the true factor it's a very poor service. Eight staff running around with no idea what their doing. BE WARNED.

There has been a big improvement in their service. Staff is very friendly and supportive. And my prescription is ready to collect quicker than it used to be

Staff are friendly and as helpful as they can be. It comes across as being chaotic it seems like no one knows what they are supposed to be doing very disorganised.

What has happened to this place? I've been coming here since it opened and recently the quality of service and organisation has gone down hill dramatically. Staff seem to have poor customer service skills and make you feel like unwelcome being there.Based on my last few visits and the views of family members that have been for Covid jabs the staff seem to dither about without actually being productive. The lack of organisation is appalling and the picture below sums up the level of organisation at the moment

Ordered a repeat prescription for a single asthma inhaler Sunday 15th Oct, went to collect today Fri 20th and was asked if I'd received a text to say if it was ready, to which I replied no but it had been ordered 5 days ago I'd already gone 4 days without as mine had run out and desperately needed it. I was then asked to wait whilst it was "put together", i had to sit there for a further 10 to 15 minutes listening to all the complaints of people having to come back. Needless to say i won't be using them again. APPALLING.

ive used this chemist for about 17 years, always been fine, but this last 12 months or so, there seams to be double the amount of staff and when doctor says your repeat prescription will be ready lets say you order monday they say its ready to collect thursday, so you go to cohens and previously its always been ready, but now you get told to come back next week as its not ready!! ive seen the turn away lots of old people whosaid they needed their prescriptions, yet they are told to come back in a few days, ive even ordered a week in front and gone in to collect and still been told its not ready. everyone i know who uses this chemist says how bad its got, ive changed to the pharmacy2u app which is brilliant, you order your prescription, within a couple of days its posted through your letterbox. so if anyone else is having problems with this chemist, there must be alot of complaints as the doctors surgery has sent a txt message out asking people if they want the prescriptions sending to a different pharmacy due to problems with this one...id highly recommend the pharmacy2u app...

Been using this chemist for over 10 years and never had a problem with them. Staff are always helpful, service is fantastic and recently, I get a text message when my prescription is ready to pick up which is a positive as its not easy for me to go outside.

Usually good but more recently I've had issues collecting repeat prescriptions that should be ready but aren't. Staff always polite and friendly.

What an absolute shambles! Waited over an hour for a prescription, witnessed other people waiting even longer for theirs. Their queue was out the door and they had 6 members of staff working at an extremely slow pace. No compassion for people having to wait so long. It appeared they had no logical system, baskets everywhere, yet they couldn?t find anyone?s prescription when asked. Rude staff members who were not apologetic for the wait or clear disorganisation. They approached closing time and put the shutter part way down, an elderly man came back in to say he?d unfortunately hit his head on it and not one person apologised they stood and stared with no comment whatsoever. Absolutely shocking. It?s best to ask the doctors to give you a paper prescription or send it to a more competent chemist. It should be shut down! Judging by the reviews already here they have no intention of improving their shocking service either as it?s evidently been happening for a while!

Awful service and unprofessional staff.I am a cancer patient attending Weston Park and I?ve been collecting the same medication from Cohens for over 3 years without any problems at all.Now, If I could give them no stars I would.I waited 7 days for my prescription to be ready.When I attended the pharmacy it was clear from the way staff were dealing with customers in front of me that they didn?t have a clue where people?s prescriptions were.Oh dear I thought. Not a good sign.I was asked to take a seat.I waited for 1 hour witnessing the pharmacist?-Issue only 3 people?s prescriptions!-Take 2 telephone calls.-Talking to a member of staff about holidays for almost 10 minutes-Deal with 2 people in front of me complaining about their waitIt was apparent that nothing was happening and when I queried what the problem was I was told by the pharmacist that if I wished they could return my prescription so that I could collect it from elsewhere.Aghast, I pointed out that I had already been waiting for an hour and asked why it was not ready given that she had the time to sit and talk about holidays and take telephone calls.The pharmacist replied that it was ready, but that the person in front of me had a large prescription to prepare.I said that wasn?t acceptable given that I had already been waiting for 7 days and that it looked as though they hadn?t even bothered to prepare it until I actually attended the pharmacy.A member of staff approached me informing that they were short staffed (6 people were working in the pharmacy at the time) and that the delay was normal.I disagreed stating that this had not happened previously and that the delay was not acceptable.She replied saying that this was the new normal!5 minutes later my prescription was ready.The member of staff offered it to me with a ?thank you? and a smirk, making it very obvious.I immediately went to my GP and changed my prescriptions to another pharmacy.Awful service.Unprofessional staff.Go elsewhere if you can. Life is too short to spend it arguing with Cohens incompetent staff.

Terrible organisation, my blister pack not delivered again, tried ringing yesterday constantly engaged phone line. When I rang today told it can not be delivered tomorrow and can I ring later never took my details or anything I run out my medication tomorrow last time this happened said it would take 7 days unless I collect I am disabled no car had to ask a friend to take me last time.

I had my text to say my prescription was ready as did my wife. Called to collect my prescription. They have now been searching for my prescription for 25 minutes. Still not found it. The service goes from bad to worse.They certainly need to review their systems for locating prescriptions. This is not the first this has happened.
