Been doing weekly shops here, the food is always fresh and good quality, the staff all speak when they see you, they always open up checkouts when they see someone who needs one with out being asked. The bakery has a great choice and it?s always well presented. The range is excellent and a very competitive price.

I have always liked the food from the Co-op even though it is more expensive than most supermarkets. However, my trips to the Royston branch as been hard work recently, I am disabled and the tills werent open, only the self service ones. I really struggled as I use walking aids and can't stand for long. The whole experience has put me off going there.
