The room was clean, warm and a good size and there was free parking close by. Self check in was also straightforward. The main bug bears were the pillows which were the lumpiest and most uncomfortable I have had experienced in a hotel. Stayed here before (2,5 years ago)Used to be run by the pub, but isn't anymore.Don't let the area think it is a bad hotel, once you enter through the backdoor it's a completely different world.Had no trouble getting the key and the room is similar as last time, clean and modern.Found a pair of cuffs hanging on the lights... read full comment

The rooms here are really lovely, almost boutique-like but I have to be honest and say I wouldn't return because we did not sleep a wink! Noisy bar opposite which stayed open late and people gathered til the early hours right outside our window, talking loudly and quite rowdy. Good location with an easy commute to Meadowhall... read full comment
