So I had been tasked with getting ultra last minute balloons for a 21st party, mere hours before the start. I'd been given some balloons to be filled with helium. The wonderful assistant (I apologise I cannot remember her name but my visit was Friday 3rd May '24 in the afternoon) explained to me why that wouldn't be possible in the time alloted (I had no idea about what would've been required in doing so) but then she also pointed out the range of products that might be suitable as an alternative.
I chose about 12 different types and asked for them to be inflated. The assistant was very thorough, asking me if weights were needed and what colour they needed to be. By this time the store manager had joined her and was asking about the height of the string required and such. Very thorough and they were both very pleasant and professional
They filled my balloons and then helped me pick extra (I'd got the wrong colour for some!) and also helped me design the groupings (which actually worked better than intended)
They then managed to get them into a bag big enough and even threw in some extra string!
Quite simply it felt like the best customer service I've received in a very long time . The balloons looked fantastic at the party and were well received

Amazing selection of cards and balloons, staff are very positive and have a great attitude towards customers. Prices are low and you get a good deal for most stuff. 5 stars
