Very annoyed ?? Indeed,My mum has been upset by the staff of The Barnsley store being accused of phoning them repeatedly ,when she didn't,She has been donating for over 25 years , thanks for letting us down for collection of our settee today , Hope you are happy now you've upset a 79 year old lady she suffers from high blood pressure ???you don't even deserve a star ? but wouldn't post unless I put a star

Arranged for an item of furniture to be collected, first time round we were cancelled on and 2nd time drivers turned up in the afternoon. The item of furniture was bought from the Barnsley store a couple of years ago, now my grandma has passed away we tried to re-donate it. Drivers turned up to collect and weren?t happy with a minor crack in a small section of glass (exactly the same condition it was bought in) so refused to collect. Wasted everyone?s time but more importantly wasted expensive fuel probably funded by BHF donations. It would make much more sense for BHF to request photos of the items being donated before arranging collection, to save everyone time & money.

I had booked for furniture to be collected and scheduled a month prior to the date. The day arrives and no show for furniture pick up. Very disappointed! Even rang up to find out where they are said they had a delay, totally understand but I?ve waited and waited until late and nothing.

Gave us two sets of chairs for our table we bought they are now closed and told us that was last one? Seriously??? So we out the chairs together and open box to put the table together and it's to sets chairs!! Like it's such a inconvenience to us now! Have to call in morning just how can you mess that up? Like thru should always double check specially after paying for whole table! Hopefully they didn't give someone two sets of tables and us two sets chairs !

Taken photos of settee said was going valeting it. When came had mirrow down side dog hairs under bottom dust all over it was same as when we saw it in shop. Best thing I rang shop said no we valaterd it. Most be van man thats done it. Will be taking this to there main bosses. . Boss with glassers on in shop said was valaterd...

Deliverd a chair damaged new door frame new doors and 2 walls forcing a chair into my house .said sorry .well not good enough. Ive spent iver a thousand pounds in my home .and they have caused all this damage
