I?ve used Boots pharmacy at Dove Valley for many years and the service is outstanding. The outstanding service is due to how helpful and supportive the staff are. It?s clear how hard they work coupled clear level of empathy they have for their customers. The head pharmacist goes over and above to ensure all available support is provided, not just in services like prepaid prescriptions. Her willingness to offer advice and provide professional yet humanised support is a major skill rarely seen today. Overall every lady that works in this store are simply fantastic!
