Dodgy suitcase lasted one trip
Bought a suitcase from the B&M Wombwell lane store in Barnsley only for it to last one trip
The stitching came apart on one edge, leaving a hole 80mm long
The zip came apart without opening the fasteners with one fastener breaking off
When I returned it for a refund I was made to jump through lots of hoops, only to be eventually told to claim from the airline as it was their fault.
Surely suitcases are built to withstand the vigours of baggage handlers?
We all know how they get thrown about.
I find it disgusting that B&M can just shirk their responsibilities in this way
We are now left with a useless case and will need to buy another. But I can be sure not to buy from B&M ever again

Why why do stores face up shelves with products that don't go with the labels! This store seems to do this also which is highly irritating, really puts me off visiting again STOP IT!

Very Big Store!!!!
Has everything you could ask for in this store, and if you wanted to walk every aisle and review everything you would be looking well over an hour to complete that.

Getting fed up having to walk down a one way system to get the d I y section it need to change because if you get anybody with a trolley a pushchair it impossible to get by so it?s need to change ? and also only one till working hahahaha
