Usually a great store, it has a little of everything, clothes, books, toys also
I do find it a little frustrating at times, I buy gluten free and lactose free, and they do have a a good section of free from, but i have noticed not everything is in this section that is free from, so I have to go looking for it, it would be alot more helpful if the section an entire section off and put everything in there thats free from, gluten and lactose free it would make my hopping trip at lot easier . But it's a great store as a whole

I go here regularly staff are always polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. That said at busy times management should allocate more staff in the basket and trolley pay areas. The car park is a bit of a nightmare sometimes- not with Asda shoppers but McDonald customers eating in their cars. Appreciate half the car park has been lost but this issue needs sorting. Merry Christmas ??????

Don?t bother going after midnight. Despite being open 24 hours, I?ve found it closed numerous times. You should update your opening times so people don?t make a wasted journey.

Busy on a weekend afternoon, as to be expected. No sprouts the afternoon we went. All sold out. Managed to get everything else though!

Picking up my online order? what an adventure! I don?t think I?ve ever left this store without some sort of mix-up. Today?s twist? Waiting ages because they hadn?t prepped any of the orders. Got home, unpacked, and?surprise! Half my meat order is MIA. Usually, I collect from Sheffield to avoid these little ?surprises,? but I was in a rush and thought, ?What could go wrong?? Well, lesson learned?again!

What a joke of a shop..i went in and after getting to the till. There was a woman taking ages to pay,her card kept being declined. The woman behind the till was constantly dithering and gossiping to her mate. While that was happening,i was charged for 3 tins of sweets,not the 2 i put on the belt. Imentioned it,and got the cocky answer and a smug smirk " oh yes,so i have,haha". No apology. I went to customer service desk (joke) what customer services?. Then i was offered a gift card instead of a refund, i said no chance,im boycotting this damn horrible appology for a shop. Then i was told my refund would have to go on my card,and id have to wait for MY money which i was conned out of,and shouldnt have been debited to begin with,being paid back. To add insult to injury the reciept for the virtual refund!,says changed mind. No i didnt change mind,your staff tried to scam me. The one at "customer service?"was equally as cocky as the one at the till. Il never set foot in that place again after this episode.

Things are always the same at this store , the staff are like robots most of the time although a few are actually helpful sometimes , the car park is just abysmal, half of the food that is put on the shelves are out of date , cash machines sometimes don't work and takes a long time to fix and finally the pharmacy is just atrocious as in you can be waiting a long time for your meds then to be told they don't actually have them so they have to order them in , trust me this happens time after time .
I only shop here only because I have to .

There is no phone signal at all!It is frustrating as while you are doing any shopping maybe you have to speak with someone. I do not recommend this shop!

Had the worst possible experience today, when I went in with my parents and my newborn. This 'security' person named Ben accused us of taking the scanner without entering our details, without checking his own cameras and asking the real security guy. The remarks that he made were absolutely uncalled for, accusatory and immensely hurtful. I wish I had more time to properly let this person know how badly he treated all of us. Hopefully ASDA actually does something about such people who ruin their reputation. I wish I could give a zero star here.
