We picked up some items yesterday but wasn't provided with all of them as there was one missing. We have been charged for this despite not collecting it. We live out of area so returning to pick this up isn't an option. Someone from the store called us yesterday saying that they still had the item but, as we was already home, told them to refund it back on. They said that they had to authorise this with a manager and would get back to us but have heard nothing and no one is picking up when we call the store directly.

I have recently purchased the Habitat Atlas two door wardrobe which was a good price £227 inclusive of delivery
The state of the box should have rang alarm bells but to say this product is inferior to say the least. There was cracks , scrapes , corners chipped off etc. As it happens I needed it urgently so have had no choice but to install it and tried to hide the damage. I know it was not the high end cost but surely I should have received this item in tact .
I will be thinking twice before ordering from Argos again even though it has been a shop I?ve loved for many years.

Terrible... tried to buy a gaming pc for £1500. They don?t offer delivery nor collection on these items so how they hell as I supposed to buy any of the 11 they have in stock? Completely backwards business sense. Amazon all the way!

been trying to phone ARGOS today with no joy so decided to go and see if the Barnsley shop was open when i got to the store and waited in a small queue only to be told they are not excepting returns for faulty goods until the lockdown is finished . i have no problem with this as its for safety reasons but do think it should be put on the web site to save other people wasted journey .only went there as the goods was running out of warranty but was told it would be honoured after lockdown

Had to pick up a package yesterday(28th August 2020), and the gentleman at the door around 4.30pm, who was directing customers to their pickup points, was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful...whoever that masked crusader was, excellent work!
