Shocking customer service. Bought a laptop for my partners daughter but unformtunately she thought it was too small. Tried to return today but said as the seal had been broken, that a refund could not be issued.(despite the laptop not ever having even been powered up.) This is a blatent lie. Have had to deal with online customer service and a courier has now been arranged for collection of the laptop at Argos's expense. Customer service was rude and dismissive and suggested that better research should have been made prior to the purchase being made. Better training at that branch is definitely required if anyone from management bothers to read this!!!

Went to pick a series x console up and the lady came up to me, she was very polite and helpful. Made it really easy and fast. Highly recommend if tou need a argos and your near cortonwood.

What an absolute shambles of a companyI have been waiting for 4 months for a refund for my sons faulty nintendo switch controller.The customer service is shocking and all they say is we will have to complete a form so someone will contact me to arrange the refund4 months for a measly £25 are you having a giraffe ?
