Car went in due to accident, Josh at the call centre was very nice when I explained I couldn't answer the phone the day b4 as I was at a funeral can't say the same for the lady I spoke to here I found her somewhat abrupt. I later received an email saying "so wendy how did we do with your repairs" this was a very inappropriate...

I asked LV to direct the work to Alton cars as they are local to home and used I have used them privately on two occasions beforeOverall repairs were to a very high standard with excellent paint qualityGood communication and updates throughout process
