First visit decent size car park the store is a decent size with a good selection of produce I find you have to watch the sell by dates especially of fruit on vegetables has I shop for the week midweek sometimes come the weekend the vegetables aren?t good the store sometimes has out of date products on the shelf which should be removed!! Today I didn?t complete my shop has store lacked a full inventory of items using a new ordering system.

Could not read our printed receipt today, when my wife questioned this of the young man serving she was informed that it was reported a couple of weeks ago and still isn?t fixed, resulting in no one being able to check their receipts or check the prices they have been charged

Shelves constantly bare. Never any stock, even the basics. If you need shopping, go to Asda or Lidl which are not far away. They have stuff on the shelves.

Giving the checkout staff headsets was a terrible decision. I shop at about 9pm and staff are totally engrossed in their private conversations while serving me. It's so rude and disrespectful but it gets worse because last week there weren't any staff on the checkout, instead we all had to use those abysmal self-service checkouts. Everyone was having a problem but there was only one member of staff to sort things out. I'm sad to say that after years of using Aldi I'll be going to Tesco. It's a longer drive but the checkouts make the shopping experience miserable.

For some reason a buzzer sounded as me and my wife left the store as usual, a male member of staff shouted the length of the store " you the old couple stop"! Followed by "oh sorry mate" would be funny if I didn't spend so much money there and other stores weren't close by to spend it in. I won't repeat the wifes response to the untrained member of staff!
