Appalling, shoddy workmanship and customer service.
Took a pair of suit trousers in for shortening, the owner had just cut himself and had used skin glue, obviously did not wait until dry as when I collected the trousers there were 5 marks of dried red (blood?) glue down the front of one leg. They offered to dry clean... read full comment
