Absolute garbage.
I came here a few years back and the food was decent, so I thought I?d mess around and come here for my birthday. Big mistake. I didn?t expect fine dining, but I at least expected the basics to be done right. Instead, it was a complete joke.
? Steak? Bone dry, tough, and tasteless.
? Food? Stone cold.
? Onion rings? Stale and sad.
Then there?s the ?self-serve? setup. Nothing screams cheap and tacky like making customers get their own soft drinks while half the staff just loiter around. To make it worse, you even have to pour your own sauces into flimsy little paper cups?classless doesn?t even begin to cover it.
The staff? Everywhere but nowhere. Plenty of them floating around doing nothing, while our server was so bland and forgettable I couldn?t even tell you his name?though I?ll never forget he looked like Sid from Toy Story.
This place used to be alright, now it?s hit rock bottom. For a ?birthday joke,? it delivered on the joke part?because the whole experience was laughably bad.

We had a lovely experience as a family...the atmosphere is great for kids and big kids alike, the moving elements made for fun viewing as we ate. Having 2 areas is also very clever for decoration. Food was good, service was attentive

Came here with the kids to be greeted by a grumpy oldest member of staff, didn?t catch her name, but wow . She did not know how to smile, very unprofessional and poor customer service from her.
Rest of the younger staff members was so polite and pleasant.
Who ever this lady is she needs to retire and go home.
It doesn?t cost anything to smile and be nice. You know who you are.
Definitely won?t be returning.
Food presentation, burger and chips £16 . Nothing more to say.

Realistically - youre going here for the fun experience and expect the food to be terrible. And? you?d be right!
However, whoever is managing this know their limitations and has built the best condiment station I?ve ever seen in my life - every mayo flavour, multiple hot sauces, it?s a genuine thing of wonder.
If the food is inevitably going to be dry terrible theme park food - at least drown it in a variety of rare condiments!!! Smart move!

Me and my partner had a meal at the evolution restaurant last night as it?s one of our favourite places to eat when we go to the park, but last night we were met with the most awful night we?ve had the service was absolutely shocking the staff were rude barely met us with a smile our server changed at least 3 times it states upon making your booking you get an hour to eat and leave we were in their for 2 hours due to such slow service. We waited at least 20 minutes for our plates to be cleared and dessert menus given them another 15 to make our dessert order this was unacceptable and then when the dessert finally came it was missing the brownie one of the key ingredients so we told one of the staff and they accused us of lying and made us dig through the ice cream to prove it when you could clearly see. The overall experience was a real let down and really upset me.

Great themed restaurant, mini disco was not to our kids taste but they are a little bit older, my only suggestion would maybe to have someone to engage the kids in the dancing.
Service was okay, nothing outstanding but nothing wrong with it either, the young lad who served us was nice and did his job well.
Food was disappointing, it was a poor standard, for what we paid, we expected better, I read earlier reviews and someone mentioned about simplifying the menu and I would agree, it would be a much better dinning experience if you did a smaller menu and did that very well, rather than do a big menu which isn?t to a good standard.

Food wasn't overly warm & burger was dry. Had the cherry pie and the pastry was soggy like it had just come out a microwave from been warmed up. Not great food for the price

Food was okay, simple but fine. Kids enjoyed it.
The atmosphere was great. My 1 year old loved it. My 3 year old found it very scary and wanted to leave (I think this was just her).
Service was so so. They were a bit grumpy and did not embrace the theme.
I would visit again if the kids wanted to.

A great place to take kids to eat. Lots of stuff going on like dinosaurs appearing, Easter Island heads rotating, Dragons and pirates. Good is decent value and tasty too.

Was a bit worried about our booking after reading the reviews but thought we would give it a go anyway. As it happens we had booked a table right at the start of a children's disco but when we arrived (without children) we were asked if we would like a table away from the disco. We were sat and ordered within 5 mins, dri ks arrived 7 mins later and food 22 mins after ordering, and very hot. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very good, thunder and lighting, dragons breathing fire and moving dinosaurs. 2 pizzas, chips and 2 drinks £50

We arrived here for a bite after having a morning in the soft play area, and I was immediately impressed by the decor, atmosphere and moving dinosaurs / dragons. My 2 yr old and wide also adored the atmosphere.
Service was very friendly from Briar and anything and everything was seen too.
Food was nice and well made ( I had the Mediterranean chicken ) and the portion size was more than ample
Worth a visit and would return :)

Great for kids but service and food is really poor
Doesn't seem to have any management
Waited 35 min before anyone took our order
Then delivered ice creams while we were eating main course
Food is straight from a freezer shop and dinged in the microwave
