Great Gym. Staff are open and always helpful. Many regulars often give it friendly feel. Not the biggest facility but has the essential equipment you need for a full body workout.

Good facilities, a range from free weights to cardio gear and a generous area for circuits and boxing. Sauna is a nice extra and the whole place is always clean. Good atmosphere with the managers and regulars.Despite being small it's never too busy, I've never had to wait to use anything in 12 months there.Cheaper than JD for a full years membership. On site parking and lockers provided with showers too.Only downside is the closing at 1pm on a Sunday otherwise I'd be there all weekend!

Really great gym. Very different from the last time I was there (2010). There's loads of new equipment, a lovely free weights area, a functional strength area, a climbing wall... Wow. Really impressed.Got a sauna and sunbeds.Very clean and friendly staff too.

Dont tell you that its a 12 month contract then when you want to leave make you keep paying terrible service, also charge a joining fee which they spring on you when you sign up

Club impact is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. extremely welcoming combined with energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they Will get you there and further, while having fun. With reasonable membership cost from day to year memberships . No matter what fitness level you are (Beginner, Novice, or Pro Athlete) they have got something that will challenge or be for you.

The gym was fantastic when I went - However once I cancelled my membership I have continued to be charged for the service. Hoping it can be resolved soon.

Great place to train .loads of equipment and allways friendly advice if you need it. The showers and sauna are allways clean a well maintained gym.
