Great little cafe and a great location, spoilt only by the miserable woman serving who took umbrage because I asked for an extra tea bag as the tea she served me was as weak as dish water. Leave the tea bag in and let the customer decide how weak or strong they want their tea. It was 1:45 and she was turning custom away, she sounded like she couldn?t wait to get the place closed.

Marvellous little cafe! Lovely staff serving excellent no-nonsense food, and they make a rather nice brew too. Peaceful location at Askern Lake, with plenty of seating outside and in. Please remember that they're cash only.
