Really need a sixth star for this. My daughter has been coming here since the age of 4. The teachers are all fantastic, epecially Mr Jones, and the whole training experience is incredibly positive. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

The team at PMA now EWMMA have really helped my little boy lose his shyness and helped build his confidence. He was getting badly bullied at school and it was becoming unbearable!! After starting at Armthorpe East West he soon became self assured & learned to handle the bullies. He is now a confident happy little boy!

A great place for children and adults alike to learn the martial arts. Not only do the excellent instructors bring out the best in the students physically but they help boost their confidence too!!
