Definitely the best breakfast I?ve ever eat in this country. I?m a lorry driver and I know what I?m saying. The service is fantastic at location, the staff as well. Sometimes you have to wait for a table and that?s a proof of good and quality service. I?m going back with pleasure every time I get the chance.

Ordered a cold beef and onion got a hot beef with fried onions cannot stand fried onions so another sandwich in the bin.

PreOrderd 2x roast dinners for 1pm turned up at 1.20 got it and it was cold so rang them up and they said it shouldt be as its just been cooked and they come in insulated bags but blieve me it was cold plus gravy was cold then the chap i spoke to on phone said its proberly due to cold weathe bull###t will never buy from here again

Placed an order which took nearly 3 hours to arrive and discovered that one of the items which was a prawn salad sandwich was missing was missing so rang up to inform of tihs and they said that they would resend it. Waited an hour and still no sandwich so rang again to ask where it was and was told that driver was in his way so waited another few hours but the sandwich never arrived.

Even though I'm awaiting a full refund on this matter I'm going to share this no matter the outcome cause the food we received was absolutely vile. Thet got something wrong with every order. Didn't send items that were paid for, did even send free items that we'd qualified for. Kids roast dinners didn't have meat on them. I would like to say at the least the dogs were pleased but I didn't want to ruin their day, just cause cafe express ruined ours.

Ordered bacon sandwiches this morning, asked for well done bacon as we like it cooked. I took one bite and almost threw up, the bacon didnt even look like it had been shown a frying pan or grill it was anemic and cold. Ended up feeding it to the cats, they were thrilled I'd bought them breakfast. Very disappointed don't think I'll bother again, I only really order because the hubby likes the sausages. He's just going to have to do without from now on, what a waste of money!

Can't fault the food, but delivery takes sooo long. Don't say an hour if it's going to be nearly 2 hours. I rang up and hour and 45 mins after I'd ordered, and it sounded like my order hadn't been started. Don't know if the establishment is under new management, but don't remember ever having this issue before. Great food, but go collect if you're able, imo. The dine in experience is by far better. As I write this it's now 2 hours and 3 minutes since I ordered.
UPDATE. Food came, great. But didn't want beans, didn't order beans, yet there was beans on my sandwich. Maybe they were put on as compensation? Who knows. 2 hours and still got it wrong.

Ordered at 12 didn?t arrive till 2:20 I ordered a wrap and a chocolate fudge cake it shouldn?t take 2 hours and 20 minutes to deliver when I live down the road food came cold

Where do I start the two times we?ve ordered it?s taken 2hrs to come! And when I?ve rang I got the ?it?s on its way? but absolutely was no chance it was as they take another 40minutes and I live a 5 minute drive. I Would?ve put 0 if I could?ve. The bacon is such thick horrible bad quality meat it?s barely edible. The food was Cold when arrived but we had to go out so didn?t have hours to wait for food to be picked up for refund. Won?t be ordering again.

Waited over 2 hours for food and it never arrived, called multiple times and was told it was with the driver. I?ll never be ordering from here again.
