We had really good service from the sales team. In the end it wasn't the right car for us at the time but really appreciated the sales teams approach and help.When the time comes we'll be back to look again.

Bought an Audi Q3 from Yeovil Audi 30/09/2022 vehicles first service at Truro Audi it was reported that the sump plug had been overtightened, stripping the threads of the sump at the previous service carried out by Poole Audi (same group I think.) Neither Poole or Yeovil had the integrity to take responsibility for sub standard maintenance or selling a vehicle with a £500 defect, not one of their 149 point checks apparently. Thankfully Truro took responsibility and I wasn?t left with the bill, great service from Truro.Over a year later I receive a speeding offence notice for the vehicle I traded, the service from Yeovil Audi is more accustomed to a dodgy backstreet garage than a main dealer

Took car for the free mot after cambelt change and the service was excellent, they did the mot, inspected the car, washed it and hoovered it all for free, all the staff were very professional and it was a great service

I have been trying to help my son and his partner to find a used Audi and in general I am quite surprised at the lack of effort by sales staff in other dealers that want to try and find that right Audi for you. Unless you are ready to hand over cash there and then they just brush you off and do not come back to you. However I dealt with Jack, who you could tell really wanted to support you and Yeovil Audi. Talking to reception was a pleasure too, they are there to assist and get you to the person who you need to talk to unlike some other dealers that want to ask a 101 questions, pass you on but not hand over the information already given. We are picking up the Audi soon which I am sure will be just as a pleasant experience but so far can highly recommend this dealer.

Bought a car there a while ago through Simon who was fantastic. My part-ex VW had a small dent on one side (unknown to me, hidden by mud) but he stuck to the pre-arranged price.Whilst in London recently the car (still under warranty) developed a problem but West London Audi were utterly useless and although I actually live closer to Plymouth Audi they couldn?t see the car for ages so it?s back to good old Yeovil Audi!

Helpful and great service if you are buying however I have a car only 18 months old and there is a fault with the dashboard no sat nav or other key systems working, after care is none existent, wait of a month to be fixed even though I don't consider it safe to drive - just not interested once they've sold you a car beware! To your response just posted if you check your records correctly you will see I have purchased 3 cars from Yeovil, secondly you did not even look at my car so how can you confirm it was safe a blatant lie which I will be taking further - disgusting response

One of the best Audi Dealerships i?ve been to, so kind and caring towards their customers. Linden, Paul, Tim, Hollie have been brilliant. Car was ready in time and they were the most loveliest people i?ve met. Would recommend 100% !

Purchased an Audi Q2 from Audi Yeovil, 2018 model, in July last year. As I work away didn't wash the car myself until after about 8 months of ownership, when I did, found 2 small areas of poor paint, when I had it serviced different audi dealer confirmed both near side doors had small paint repairs, something that I found very disappointing, as you might expect selling dealer to sort this sort of thing out - too late now. During my ownership, I kept getting reminders about car mot/ service that related to previous owner, over and over, I asked Yeovil Audi to update system for my ownership, which they did not, I stopped receiving all reminders - in entirety. Lastly, after having car serviced at another Audi dealer, on checking service indicator in car, found Inspection service was showing due in just under 3 months, which am told is incorrect, due in July 2024, so when Yeovil Audi serviced car prior to sale they appear not to have reset the service indicator. Most of the this stuff is small beer, but why buy franchised I ask, wont buy from Audi Yeovil again and probable wont buy Audi again - choices.

We stopped by just to 'admire' the cars in the showroom and forecourt. We went in to ask if that would be OK and they we're very accommodating and even offered to open up a few cars for us to sit in!Have to say, gorgeous brand and well outside the range of affordability for me ?

Just took my RS6 in to Yeovil for a health check. Not only did they come out early to take my car so that I could get in with my day, but also kept me informed of what was happening with my car. Professional, efficient and polite throughout, I would not take my car anywhere else. Well done Team Yeovil.
