Wickes need to stop using city sprint couriers.1st delivery 2 weeks ago driver failed to attempt yet stated he had been here. CCTV showed otherwise so i wasted a day off .
Delivery for today. MDF just left in a pile at reception out in the rain .
I won't be ordering from wickes until they start using a more reliable courier company.
The courier had my phone number yet failed to call me .

Usually come here for rebuilding materials and staff really don?t disappoint you at all. Not only helpful but nice and so friendly. So nice to kids giving stickers. Building material is well designed and strong. Also a discount area.

Showed stock on-line and the web site implied that i should receive a test within 30 mins telling me the item is ready for collection. 2 hours later i called the store who then told me that i won't be able to collect it until the following day late afternoon. Why it should take over 24 hours to pick one item is beyond belief.
I can only say it's a very poor service unlike Toolstation whose on-line service is first rate.

Staff in store very helpful but the returns policy is not. Bought over £300 of tiles for bathroom refit. Long job and two boxes not used. Cannot return them as more than 30 days. You try getting a bathroom completely remodelled in 30 days. I now have 2 unopened boxes of tiles which they won't take back. Not impressed.

Recently had a bathroom done. Ordering was a shambles as simple things were not ordered with my bathroom. The installer assigned by Wickes didn't turn up, costing me 3 days pay. Started the job a month later and has just finished after destroying a landing wall and 2 months after starting. A sham of Cowboys and cowboy workman. KEEP AWAY!
