Even though it's a small store, The selection is good and the staff are just delightful. I've worked in retail for 16 yrs and it's honestly one of the only stores in yeovil where the staff try to accommodate, are friendly, say hi to customers and just seem to love their job. I often go in with my 23 yr old son and we've never had a bad experience ever. These guys are a credit to waterstones. THEY are what makes this store so nice

Had a great time listening to Peter V Brett in talk with Joe Abercrombie and felt very welcomed by the staff organising and running the event, refreshments were available for the guests which was a nice surprise. I will definitely go to another one.

Lovely Waterstones, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, who always greet you with a smile and a hello. Kids are always glad to pop in, and every section is easy to locate - and if it's not in store, the staff have always tried their hardest to find a copy and get it delivered!
