Very pleased with my initial service from Iain last Friday.I needed an upgrade to my current phone.No question was classed as a stupid one and answered.Today I came back to collect my new phone.I was with Lewis the Store Manager, the Store was very busy but every customer was greeted politely.I was pleased that Lewis could transfer all my information from my old phone to my new phone. I was delighted to have my photos because my phone was quite damaged.I'm not very technically minded and they were both very patient with me.Very pleased with the customer service and will not hesitate to visit again.I will also recommend you to my friends for excellent service at the Yeovil Store.Thankyou again.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Vodafone in Yeovil for nearly eight years. And it is a pleasure! Who ever thought that would be said of Vodafone ? Certainly not me, based on previous non Yeovil experience. (Yes, Hemel Hempstead. Hang your head in shame.) Yeovil is a huge contrast to other Vodafone stores which are dust in the wake of the trio (I think it's a trio - certainly Taunton features ...) owned and managed independently. Brilliant, knowledgeable, cheerful and friendly service and help. Based on all my experiences, paying for Vodafone's network becomes more than worthwhile, as you are getting first rate service. Thank you Yeovil. Long may it continue... oh, and of course, not least special mention to Liam for today's help!
