Made to feel very welcome and was given a lovely coffee with biscuits which made me feel very special. Ellie who cut my hair did an amazing job just exactly what I wanted she was excellent at communicating with me about my expectations. I will not be going to another hairdresser again!!! I cannot thank her enough
