Unfortunately staff don?t always take the security tags off purchased items. I purchased a denim jacket, amongst other things. After driving home (which took about 40 mins), I noticed there was a tag still attached. I was charged on the receipt, so it?d definitely been scanned at the till. It was a Sunday, so no time left to return. The tag that was attached was the type filled with dye also - so intentionally messy to remove and very stubborn. I took it to several local shops with the receipt, but none of them had a de-tagger for ink based tags. I told customer services via email but they didn?t care.

Absolutely ridiculous!
I am well over 25 and was refused a sale for a liquid car cleaning solution.
I asked my son to hold the container while I searched for my Treasure card on my phone.
The teller stated that because my son had put the product on the till, he was unable to sell it to me.
I asked to speak with the manager who confirmed this and refused the sale.
Another customer suggested, I queue up again but the manager re-emphasised no sale would take place.
This product is a liquid solution, intended for application to the side walls of my car tyres.
Given I am the intended user and purchaser, I feel this sanction was over the top and am absolutely disgusted with this policy in this instance.

Paid for a product, txt message came to collect it .... parcel can't be found , their solution,,call this number and ask where is your parcel because is not here,, poor customer service

The clothes here are hugely reduced in price. However the original prices are unrealistic. I was looking for plain polo shirts. Found a rather nasty polyester shirt for £20 apparently reduced from £200. I struggle to believe any normal person would pay that. If labels are your thing then go for it. Otherwise shop elsewhere.
