Charged £15 for a key battery today. What a rip off. When you can buy them for a couple off quid anywhere else .but didn't realise until after. Thought it was expensive at the time... won't be going there again

Absolutely useless. Have about a 25 % success rate. I can cut a key better with an angle grinder. If you like wasting fuel and keys that don't work use these guys.

Excellent service from the Timpson lady in Tesco Yeovil - very friendly and helpful. Plus her colleague in Middle Street was very helpful in sourcing the required key. Great attitudes by both.

Maija is just wonderful! Always helpful, cheery and a wiz with batteries, reheeling shoes, and key cutting, she is just SO GOOD AT HER JOB, better than anyone else in the shop. An asset to the company, and I see by the other reviews I?m not the only one praising her. Well sDone, I hope it is recognised by the Company.
