Metin and Emihran went above and beyond to help me with an issue that Three?s lacklustre online and phone support failed to resolve. Despite being hamstrung by Three?s policy of not allowing store staff to assist and instructing them to direct people to the online support Metin and Emihran spent the bank holiday Monday contacting other stores to try and resolve my issue. I couldn?t have asked for better customer service.

Imran afforded us excellent service, He explained all the different options for pay as you go for my partner who needs a uk sim.
He suggested just keep uk sim as dual sometimes can have issues, which I agreed.
Very pleasant and helpful,
& I choose 3 as I have a contract with them and Very happy.

I had a great experience at the 3 Mobile shop, thanks to Assistant Manager Louise. She was extremely helpful, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions with patience. I visited to buy an iPhone, and her knowledge and professionalism made the process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Iv be THREE 2 years and rubbish money chain, make so angry please avoid them people who work in three is help you do NOT care about you. Thank God I'm not with THREE again. If customers out there are happy with it just be careful with your money.

November 29th 2023, we purchased the pack ( pay as you go) for £35 from Heathrow Terminal 3 for unlimited texts and calls and internet access around 120Gb. The pack states it would expire in 4 weeks time.On the 29th of November around lunch time, we went to Three store in Yeovil Quedam Shopping mall to extend the use of the service so that we didn't have to change the number.We were served by the manager: Adam.We explained that we wishes to extend the service for another 4 weeks and keep the same number as we were dealing with quite a few tradesmen.He said that would be no problem.So we paid £35 for the same previous pack. He tried to register the pack but he couldn't connect, then he told us that wehave been sold an old Sim from Heathrow, not sure how. We told him we only purchased it 4 weeks ago. Then he told us he can only connect it for 2 weeks instead of 4 weeks and will only cost us £15 and we have £20 credit for top up when it's expired.He rushed us out of the shop but before we left we asked him if this would be unlimited calls and texts and he confirmed it with YES.Five days after the purchased in Yeovil store ,we were on the phone consulting with one of the tradesman, suddenly the phone cut out and advised us that we had zero credit. We thought that was very quick for the service to run out, £35 just for 5 days?This mobile phone is very crucial as we were in the middle of renovating property and we only have one mobile phone. This was very inconvenient. We dropped everything and walked back to the shop to get some help. The shop was empty (No customers).We were served by: Connor.We asked if we can see Adam the manager and he told us that he was on leave and will be back next week. We explained to Connor what we experienced hence we want to talk to Adam as he was the one who sold us the pack and want to ask him what went wrong?Connor said arrogantly and rudely "I don't understand what you are trying to achieve by talking to Adam. He's back next week" Then he said "Adam couldn't do anything and you wouldn't get your money back and He wouldn't remember your conversation or yourself as a customer"We said to Connor that we would like Adam to know what happened and why he sold us the wrong package ( By the sound of it).He said "We only sell here and you need to call customer service yourself or you purchase a new package for another £35 with a different number"We told him a few times that we must keep the same number for the above reason. No help from him at all. He just smirking at us , sitting on his desk, flicking his pen and cracking his fingers while we were stressed out as we really need the phone to communicate.In the end we talked to customer service on the phone and they sorted it out in a jiffy while we were in store.They told us they shouldn't have sold the new pack, you must purchase a day after the expire date of the old one otherwise wise it will refer to standard calls and that was why it only lasted for five days.The staff should know this especially the manager. We are very dissapointed with the service received. Our time was so limited in Yeovil and we had a deadline to finish the house. This caused us delay and time wasted.We always connect with Three everytime we come back to the UK ( 2x a year) even though we had an unpleasant experience with another store in Devon previously. Connor's attitude stinks. No customer service. Rude and useless.We have now learnt our lesson not to go back ever again.One star is very generous for this store but there is no option to put ZERO Star.

Huge thank you to the incredibly helpful staff at the Yeovil store for helping me get my daughter up and running again after having her phone stolen. I'm ashamed to say that in the drama of the situation I forgot the name of the gentleman who sorted us out in a calm and professional manner, but his assistance was greatly appreciated and I hope this review goes some way to recognising his excellent customer service. Can't recommend them enough and thank you once again.

Very helpful staff who sold me the best deal for me. And if I bought something for £8 I could get a reduction of £1/ month so saving £4 over the year.
