I recommend this place !!Had a very good experience!! I had waxing with Becky -she is lovely , she uses a very good quality wax and has a technique in how she applies it which makes it easier to remove and less painful and traumatic(for me was amazing as I hadn't had waxing for quite a long time).She does not rush things , wants to ensure her work is done with quality Environment is very nice-relaxing music.I now go regularly there.

Used to go before COVID and they were okay. However I've been trying to call to make an appointment via the phone and had no luck, I've tried contacting via social media too and same again

I booked a full massage appointment but had to move it due to work commitments, I called them twice and it would go straight to voicemail and I would leave a voicemail but noone called me back. 2 days before the appointment I received a message reminding me of my appointment and to call and cancel if I could not make it, I tried calling their number 5 times and it was saying it was out of service. I physically went to the building saw a woman peep through the window but noone came to the door. Such terrible service. Why ask a person to call if the phone isn't working or you aren't going to answer the door when people show up to cancel their appointment?

I was nervous about getting waxed to this degree (first Time) Becky the lady who did my treatment was professional and friendly and within minutes I felt at ease and very comfortable. She did a brilliant job and I have now booked in a return appointment and would not consider going anywhere else for any of my waxing needs. Highly recommended?.5star service. Made an appointment, had emails confirming the appointment with another email the day before to remind me of appointment. Arrived at the give time waited 30 minutes and no one showed, all locked up. Frustrated doesn?t come close.

Very great experience today with the back, neck and head massage and luxury pedicure. It didn't feel rushed at all. I was very relaxed. The rooms were nice and spacious. The masseuse was extremely skilled and took her time. Great value for money. On site parking. Will definitely visit again!

Terrible job on my eyebrows. I was frankly shocked that she thought it was acceptable to send me home looking like this. My eyebrows were completely asymmetric after the waxing. I was speechless when I came home and even my husband couldn't believe how ridiculous it looked. Never again.
