I used to use this store nearly every day but recently the young males working in this store are so lazy and unhelpfull and prefer to mess about and just stand around talking. But recently I have been using the other tesco expresses were the staff there are helpfull and more polite and harder working and so will be going to them and my local coop cos this store has gone right down hill

This tesco has gone severely downhill. Come in in the morning 2 hours after it opens and the shelves are bare. Workers everywhere stocking the shelves getting in shoppers way when its already a small store.. why cant they come in before the store opens to stock?? then a worker arguing with her manager about her holiday right in the middle of the shop infront of customers bad mouthing the store. Very unprofessional.

Use this Tesco quite a lot and due to having a sight problem one of the young men working behind the counter was so very kind and helped me by running around the store to locate a few items l needed and even helped to carry my bags out to my car. I just had to give him a hug for being so helpful and understanding.

Everytime I go in the same member of staff is rude as anything, never smiles and gives the impression he hates being there!! Today I was trying to use self serve woman in front left the till with her shopping still on there requested for it to be clear to which he replies wait, he then serves 3 other people and went to serve a 4th without sorting the till even tho the screen is right next to him, this isn't the first and properly won't be the last time he's rude, I used to like going to this tesco staff use to be wonderful now I'll be going to co op round the corner, I apologise to the manager who had to deal with a angry me but you need to get rid of him, he upsets a lot of people and gives the shop a bad reputation, every one says the same thing about him and customers talk about it outside and generally in word of mouth

What is going on here, iced section, lollies, ice cream etc is still one mass of emptiness and if it's there it's encrusted with ice and soft as heck. Sort it, please

Partner bought hagan daaz ice cream plus a packet of 4 Blast crunching lollies. Both were in ice covered collapsing packaging ant the girl on the till said it was due to a faulty freezer. Needless to say both purchases were damaged and nearly inedible.What kind of useless and incompetent manager failed to deal with this damaged merchandise??!!
