Me and my mum went to get petrol for my car as it was extremely low, the pump wasn?t working so my mum goes into the payment station and asks for assistance from a tesco worker who was an old lady with short brown hair. The woman comes out , clearly annoyed that we?ve asked her to do her job - and fixes it with a huff. She then proceeds to confront me whilst I?m just stood waiting to fill my tank. She asks me abruptly ?are you learning to drive??, and I reply ?no, I?m a uni student - I just haven?t drove in a while? trying to play off her hostility with some lightness. She proceeds to tell me and my mother she doesn?t believe me and I tell her my age which is 20. She asks for ID, (but as I don?t usually get harassed by old women for my age I don?t have it on me) but I had a digital copy- but she wasn?t ok with that. Before I could present that she started threatening to refuse to serve me because she thought I was underage and I had no way of proving otherwise. Even though my car had no L plates, this woman stood strong on her delusional claim and began to try and verbally attack my mum once again. My mum stood strong against this barbarian and got her to leave us alone. The reason this poorly managed staff worker was refusing to serve me was because she claimed anyone who was 16 couldn?t fill a car. Where the government guidelines is 16+ (not that this matters to me as I?m 10 years from 30) ?. She had no valid claim to refuse to serve me , she was just trying to exercise some power over me and my mum because she clearly lacks control over her own little life. I have warned other young women to avoid Tesco garage , to ensure they don?t get stopped and refused service to fill their cars up- she could?ve been the reason I broke down, and now that would?ve been more than a reviews worth of complaints! What a strange woman.

Google says 6am-11pm just went to get fuel and the pumps were on but the shop was shut and the sing says 10pm and its only 9:45 if gunna shut early at least put a sing up and update Google shocking if I say so myself luckily had just enough on card to tied me over till morning debating weather to take this to trading standards

Good evening,We loaded our van at pump*11 this morning around 7:30a clock,now is almost 5a clock and we didn't receive the difference yet,which means that we pay 120£ for 26l diesel.I give you 1star only because you don't have -10

My daughter finished her shopping just before closing , by the time she?d walked across to her car they where sticking a parking ticket on her car , her transaction was timed at 12 55 and the ticket was timed at 12 04 , a young lady doing a good deed for someone who needed intimate items crapped on by Tesco , shame on you

Fuel pumps not calibrated properly as I filled with a full tank but the gauge wasn't full. Different price on the sign and on the pump. Very confusing.

Great price at £1.57 for unleaded has pay at pump for quick get away. Queue goes quick

Think I left something at the petrol station today, but there is no way it seems that I can phone them to find out. The telephone system is dire. By the time I?d pressed numbers waited, pressed more numbers and waited I was told by an automated voice they couldn?t help me (how did the automated voice know what I wanted?) and just said Goodbye!
