There is an individual member of staff who once accused me of shoplifting. When I was found to be innocent there was no apology neither then nor since.
More recently she has been extremely rude to me when the self service tills have malfunctioned.
These frequently malfunction and it is always too much trouble for her when the problem needs to be solved. She claims it is all my fault even it is well known that many customers in many stores refuse to use self service tills because they so often need assistance from the staff.

Customer service on line ? Forget it. I don?t understand why it isn?t possible to make a complaint online. Perhaps it?s because they would rather you phoned , they listen and then give you a voucher! That is not customer service.

The shop is super nice and new, all the other staff they are super nice, but there is one guy always has gloves and wear glasses short hair, he is the most unhappy and unhelpful person I ever seen, he?s always grumpy and seems he doesn?t want to be there, most of the time I ignore it but today, the shop was very busy he was alone at the tilt, there was a huge line, I was at the service machine and after I put my groceries I?ve asked him nicely to pass me 2 packs of paper and filters he said no I have to get in line?..

Made a purchase at this store, Wednesday 27/05/2020, one of the items was a pack of actimels, I went to have one today, 29/05/2020 to find the use by date is 27/05/2020 (the day I purchased them) I'm incredibly frustrated as I used self serve and didn't recieve a receipt. Tried to contact Tescos via email because I'm at work today and cannot make a phobe call, tescos have made it impossible to find an email adddess to contact them. I'm very, very disappointed by tescos, I will second think using one of their stores in the future!
