All staff on mobile phones. The woman in today didn?t look up from her phone when I asked her a question and didn?t respond. The meal deal is deceptive. Advertised at ?from? £3.99 but charged at £7.99. No explanation from staff. We are in the middle of a cost of living crisis. Just be honest. Subways longer term loss though as reputationally I wouldn?t rate or recommend this chain. They won?t have more of my money and my family won?t be coming here for food again.

To be honest this was the most disgusting experience rence I have ever had. I went into subway to grab my 6 inch sub only to hear a woman in the back getting sick all over the stuff. I immediately tried to get a refund for my sandwich and was refused. Fix your staff it?s really lacking in there and the place is filthy. Would rate -1 if I could do not recommend

LEANNE was incredibly rude, refused to acknowledge me, blunt responses and touched her face with the gloves she was wearing. Absolutely will not be returning. Spent £30 only to be treated like I was an inconvenience. (28/12/2023 @ 12:45)

The woman serving was very rude. She failed to explain why I could have salad on my subway and huffed and puffed when I asked for olives. Wouldn?t recommend the new menu either as it?s obviously a reason to keep costs low and cut corners on quality. The sandwich was nice, but wasn?t satisfied with what you can/can?t have on it. Going back to the woman, the family served in front of me were allowed an array of salad where I was told I would be charged for it. I?ll be avoiding any Subway for a while.

Went in for lunch on a Thursday as an end of holiday treat rather then just grabbing a sandwich in the Tesco's downstairs. We normally love a Subway but this was a disappointing experience. We thought we would try a couple of the new sandwiches, ordering was ok, the staff told my son he couldn't add extra salad despite the giant sign above his head saying we could. Tried to politely explain, but sadly the gentleman's English was poor. We had a meal deal but found the drinks fountain only putting out fizzy water for many flavours. By this point I just wanted to survive the grubby tables and get out of there. Will stick to the supermarket sarnie next time.

Been going here for years and after a terrible experience on Houndstone it was great to come back and find the same great subs and service at the ?Tesco? one, would recommend, certainly more expensive than it used to be, but the staff are friendly and they pack out the sandwiches well! 5*

Awful customer service, both the man and the woman (unsure if she was the manager) terrible hygiene by the man preparing the food and woman watched me struggle to pay by card (am in my 70's) as i was tapping it in wrong place which finally she pointed out, just pointed and looked at me with a look that made me feel very uncomfortable. Both appeared to be wishing to be anywhere but where they were. Needless to say wont be going again.

One server working on his own . ( his 2nd server just called in sick ) queue but he just kept going and served older couple with patience and compassion and then served us all in super quick time. Productive and efficient Amazing ?

The subs were nice. However, they couldn't do any pizza slices, they'd run out of some bread types, no cucumber, no ice cream, 7up wasn't working and the other 'fizzy' drinks were flat.

Worse experience ever the male staff with a Pikachu tattoo on the right arm didn?t pay attention to what?s been said when ordering and also didn?t ask if we wanted them toasted or not and didn?t ask me if I wanted cheese but asked my partner and didn?t repeat the order back he always checked his phone when it rang while serving me and the customer service is really poor the way he spoke especially to another customer about a drink and always talking to the manager who was called Lisa and then they started to shout at each other and acting like they don?t give a stuff about the job. We won?t be coming back to this Subway again. While the manager was serving a customer the bloke came over and started talking about his personal life in front of them. He doesn?t have any good customer service at all where as me and my partner has 20 years together and we know how to give good customer service

The black haired woman that works here is genuinely one of the worst people I have encountered. She makes you feel like you've inconvenienced her by turning up. Closes early if she gets bored and even runs out with her friends whilst there are people waiting. If she's not sat around doing nothing she's on her phone. Never changes her gloves and has a downright awful attitude. God knows how she's kept her job.

I honestly have never been served by such a rude person, this man wasn?t wearing a name badge but It was 12/02/23 @ 1420.We asked for herbs and cheese and he just said ?no.? There?s none. No apology or anything just blunt as heck. I also asked for the pizzola and he said no, not done anymore and from experience in other BETTER subways, they normally offer to make it up anyway and just price it up, he said it?d cost an extra £3 and I then paid for it then I was like? what about the sauce and he was like ?yeh not available at this time?He made me pay for it to then tell me it wasn?t available???? He then basically threw the sub sideways to me without looking at us and walked to the next customer.I honestly don?t think I?ve been served by such an awful person, I wasn?t asking for the world ?? absolutely never coming to this subway again

Served by member of staff ?Gilly?. Really helpful and chatty . Food good
