Ordered 1 footlong sub for pickup on the app, was given a pickup time of 20 minutes. Went to the shop at the pickup time given and my sandwich wasn’t even made and the 2 girls were just stood chatting and it wasn’t busy at all. Dont know why i even bothered to order pickup. Sandwich was decent though.

Ordered via Just Eat app at 12:00, with an estimated deceiver time of 12:30-12:40. @ 1:00 called and was told driver was stuck in traffic and it would be soon. 1:15 just eat app shows delivered but no food.
