Specsavers are efficient & polite, always had excellent service in the past, & good value if you don't go for all the fancy options. my daughter has regular eye tests & usually new free NHS glasses every year, new glasses were not offered on this occasion which was a bit sad, but she is happy with her old glasses - always nice to have a spare pair though ?????

From entering the store where I was immediately welcomed, through to the day I collected my glasses, all the staff showed friendliness, understanding and excellent knowledge. I would recommend Yeovil spec savers to every person wanting eye tests (and indeed hearing tests). I cannot fault them at all.

I recently had an eye test at the same store I visited last year, and I must say, this time it was the greatest experience I've ever had. The ophthalmologist who conducted the inspection was exceptionally thorough, professional, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. Their expertise and friendly services made the entire process smooth and reassuring.
Compared to last year?s visit, this one felt far more personalized and accurate. I left feeling confident in the results and grateful for the care I received.

I have used other optometrists over my years but Specsavers are by far the best, they go above and beyond to help and welcome you and make you feel as comfortable as possible. They also have a great range of frames and Lens options.

Excellent opticians, very helpful and informative.
Not quite so thrilled with sales person that I encountered, very efficient no doubt about that, but really felt under pressure to purchase upper range of rims and upgrades to lenses, pricing became very confusing and ultimately left without purchasing glasses.

Given a lot of false information from the optometrist and the lady fitting the glasses I have chosen resulting in an extreme attack of vertigo since collecting my new glasses. I will not be going back for my routine eye test and will find a different opticians going forward.

Met at reception and welcomed. Appointment was on schedule and I even purchased a second pair of glasses - The staff pointed out the most cost effective options.
