We have just had a function at The SPARKFORD Inn. Evening do with food and then a stay and breakfast.
I just can?t believe how well we have been looked after! Absolutely amazing. Food delicious and plentiful, rooms brilliant, breakfast absolutely superb!
It?s an 11 out of 10 - just top notch!

Highly recommend a visit, amazing choice on the menu and food was delicious! ?
After visiting today, don?t bother on a Sunday. Aweful service and aweful food. Can?t do a good carvery or good main menu. Took an hour to get all meals delivered to a table of 6 and NOT at the same time ?(not us). Waited 45 mins for 1 starter. Half an hour for a drink and over another hour for my husband?s meal. Served cold and sent back. Carvery so dried up I didn?t bother. What a shocking experience. Do a carvery or main menu, you clearly can?t do both. Here for another 6 days but won?t be going back. Petrol station 1/3 rd of a mile away has better food.

Great Pub , Good range of drinks available - Food was delicious I really enjoyed the Beef Madras It was superb as was the Mango Chutney - Friendly locals who we had a laff with. Ace all round. :)

Great village pub excellent value for money and really good service from the gentleman who worked the dayshift with the lady that followed after .V ery attentive. Can?t praise these people enough. A credit to Marsdon Inns Walking distance to Touring campsite

After a near five hour trip my wife and I were quite peckish. We stumbled across the inn and decided to give it a try. We were extremely happy with the service ,the food, and the very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. An easy five stars all round. Thank you guys. It was a pleasure to visit you.

You need to change your website, reads food served 12 till 9.....we went over at 16.20 and kitchen wasn't open until 17.00....

Lovely food. Friendly staff. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait as there is only 1 person serving behind the bar and they also deliver food to tables.

We love coming here, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Nothing is ever to much trouble! The food is amazing not just how it tastes but the presentation to detail and the value for money is second to none! I can?t recommend this place enough! I would just like to say a massive thank you to the staff for always making our trip the most enjoyable experience!

The barman was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to help us. It was particularly busy as it was Father?s Day but he still found space for us for food, which was excellent. All in all a fantastic pub, very dog and visitor friendly and will be one of the reasons we return to Sparkford in our camper can.
