A big SHOUT OUT to the assistant who helped me, this afternoon, with a complicated query. I was struggling to put together a table I had dismantled when I'd moved. He listened patiently and suggested various ideas. Anyway, I left with a set of spanners and some nuts, and... less than an hour later... voila! Living with Cognitive Impairment can be challenging, especially when it comes to explanations. I appreciated his consideration. Wish I knew his name. Definitely NOT the Scottish one:-(. Thank you Screwfix - it was worth the trip!
