Very rude staff member. I walked out because of how they spoke to me. Absolutely no need. Doesn't cost to be polite and kind to people, especially during this pandemic!

I have just received excellent service from Libby at the Yeovil store. She recalled a conversation we had weeks ago, ordered the product to be delivered to my premises for me, and is sending the receipt in the post. Thank you so much!

Unprofressional service, I will not be opening an account with this wholesalers.I called the day before to enquire if I can purchase the stock I needed, I am new to the area and was not signed up with their company. I told them I am trade member with other wholesalers and have a business card, will this be okay? I needed to purchase Dulcia perm solution and on the phone was informed I can buy this non trade as I was not a member of their wholesalers yet. If I want to become a trademember with their company I will need to show my City and Guilds certficate (I qualified in 1980, and have not had to show this since and so I do not have this filed, all other trade companies I am with have accepted I am a profressional hairdresser and signed me up on their trade database)The closest wholesalers to my home is the Sallys Salon Services in Yeovil which is 36 mile return journey.In the store I collected the stock I needed and on checkout was informed I can not purchase the Dulcia Perm Solution without my City and Guilds certificate from 1980, even though I had clear evidence I am a profressional Hairdresser with trade cards with other wholesalers and my buisness card. I have never recieved such insulting service and left the store.I had £100 worth of stock to purchase and was denied my transaction because I will repeat again I did not have my City and Guilds Certificate from 1980.We were the only customers in the store, and I have always supported wholesalers to purchase my stock but if this is the only wholesalers in the area, I will have to purchase on Amazon from now on.
