Went there to complain as we had ordered photos and when royal mail delivered they folded the photos and put in post box ( folded & ruined) ... was told to ring customer service's which I did to find out there was a 40min wait on phone .. let's just say I wasn't going to wait ( who would? ) So what's the point???????

Opening hours are ridiculous. Not sure what deluded person decides the opening and closing hours. Might as well not open at all.
