Useless website and, if possible, an even worse customer service line. Tried to order a Tower Dual Air Fryer from the website and went to checkout for click and collect, the website then said item wasn't in stock. Drove to our local store to ask for help and item was on the shelf but at a higher price. The staff instore couldn't help and advised us to call the customer service help line. This was useless as well, just told us to go in store to resolve and hung up on us. Total crap service all round, take my money elsewhere and purchase from a company that cares.....

Have just purchased a Paw Hut rabbit hutch from you , the service from Robert Dyas was very good very quick but the rabbit Hutch what an absolute load of rubbish.The so called instructions well they must of been written by Two year old, I was lucky my partner is very handy and even then it was like doing a jig saw . And the wood so thin I have twigs in my garden thicker. It?s a good job this hutch is a second hut and is going into the shed as no way on this earth would the hutch stand the winter weather with the wind at the moment it?s so flimsy it would probably fly off .so overall I?m more than disappointed would not recommend paw hut to. MY worst enemy will never buy again thank you Lesley Lewis

Good shop with plenty of stock to choose from. I see others have praised the staff. I have had differing experiences from good to downright offish or aloof. "What are you doing in here"? type of attitude. However, overall a positive review regarding the shop and its contents.

The gentlemen in this store are by far the most friendly and helpful store assistants in a Yeovil town shop . Their advice and knowledge of products is worth listening to . Nothing is too much trouble for them .

Went into the Yeovil branch of Robert Dyas on Monday 23rd August to look at wireless earbuds. Didn't have a clue as to how they work or what I was actually looking at. Step forward Joe who, with the utmost consideration, clarity and knowledge explained all the features (to an OAP) what I could expect and value for money. What an absolute star !! Great customer support, will definitely go back if I need further help. Thank you Joe.

As a double below knee amputee I couldn?t get upstairs to obtain the product I needed. It was no trouble for a member of staff to go and fetch it for me.
