Good system of processing your service, go to counter state your requirements ,park in the alloted bay,sit in waiting area on comfy seats with mag, when called pay bill collect keys and drive away . Job DoneBrilliant.

Need more staff on desk, one can't cope. Waited 20 mins to pay my bill after m.o.t. Used them for years ,always super efficient but now going downhill. Pity.

Consistently used Quedam Tyres now for the past 3/4years. Very pleased that they were able to acknowledge and listen to the customers frustration and reach a satisfactory solution. Mistakes happen, it?s how you overcome them that wins repeat business.

I?ve always found Quedam Tyres give excellent service. They?ve fitted car and motorcycle tyres for me and always done so quickly, with a smile, and at a good price. Highly recommended.

Wouldn't waste your time. I called up to have a tyre fitted to my bike. Got there at the said time and no one knew anything about it. The person that fits the tyres to the bike was leaving 10 mins after I got there so they couldn't do it. Then blamed someone that quit the business and asked me to come back the next day.For the extra hour they could have got their self a new customer but I just wouldn't waste your time

You can't pick a fault with these guys, you book you tyres on thier website (or go into the shop) you pick a day to have them fitted, they let you know when they arrive.Once they have arrived you can contact them if they can fit you in early they will.When choosing the fitting dY you pick AM or PM you arrive and after an hour ( mine was less they have you back on the road with spanking new tyres.They also do service and MOT.Customer services is really good. Worth going to these before you go anywhere else especially as I tried 3 ither places before I remembered and they had me in within a couple of days, not having to book a month plus in advance.Thank you for the amazing service gentleman (and ladies if you have any there)

Staff were friendly but very disappointed with the service. Went in thinking there was a problem with the tpms as dash lights potentially indicated. They did a diagnostics check which is way overpriced at £72 which showed an ecu issue and a misfire so I was told the ecu would have to be sent off for inspection/repair and I could take a couple of weeks and no way of giving a price estimate. No suggestion of looking into other possible causes. Luckily I phoned a different mechanic who said he would look at my car before assuming it was the ecu so I collected my car back from quedam tyres and took it straight to the other mechanic who diagnosed the issue straight away, it simply needed new spark plugs and problem solved. If I'd stuck with quedam tyres I would have been without transport for possibly weeks and would likely ended up with a huge bill. I'm sure they're great for tyres but for anything else needing more knowledge then go elsewhere. I won't be using this garage again. I'm just so relieved I thought to get second opinion before I left my car in the hands of these guys.

I always use Quedam for tyres, mostly because they're very good, and with good prices, but also because they're next door to Palmers Garden Centre, so you can have a coffee while you wait!

Refreshingly honest, booked in very quickly and came perfect,I asked for a 4 wheel alignment and charged me for the fronts only as the back was not adjustable, friendly staff and efficiently run,

Need a lesson in customer service. Like all companies, they are only as good as the people working there and unfortunately I had the pleasure of someone who was just the most unhelpful person. I was 9 minutes past the booking time for an MOT and he refused to look at the car and said he couldn't see when it could be booked back in! Unbelievable. Not a care in the world. Will not be returning.
