Spent a night here on route to Cricket st. Thomas. The reception staff are all friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 1, which was very nice. Had the meal deal for dinner and breakfast, which is at the onsite pub only for Premier Inn customers. The pub is lovely and appears in good condition, with decent background music. Was used lightly for dinner on our night and, as such, lacked a little atmosphere. After dinner we walked to a local pub, only 14 mins away to watch the darts matchplay final.
Large Asda just a few minutes walk away.
Good overall experience and perfect for what we wanted.

It was a perfect stop off for our journey. Atmosphere in restaurant was quiet as not open to people outside of being a guest. Limited evening menu so had to go find somewhere else to eat. Shame but it was only one night so would recommend

This Premier Inn is significantly smaller than other Premier Inns we?ve stayed in but have to say that the overall experience was somewhat better. The menu in the restaurant is limited but given that it only serves the accommodation, it doesn?t really make sense to provide a more extensive menu. Breakfast was cooked to order which meant that it was nice and hot and fresh which we preferred. This possibly wouldn?t suit everyone but we weren?t in any rush.

Allocated a room on the first floor. Accessibility challenges offset by a great view.

£130 for just a room outrageous. Could have stayed in a 3* Hotel for that and had decent lounge and restaurant as well.
Airfield tavern run down and closed except for very very limited service mostly for the premier inn. The room ....the bed was as usual comfortable but a twin was booked and ended up with a king or queen. Wall lights were just about hanging on to the wall, ceiling light didn't work, water temperature control in shower not working correctly. Only one set of towels provided to start with and to top it all NO cooked breakfast as electrical failure in the Airfield tavern next door. Did learn that both buildings due for demolition as soon as new hotel and tavern has been built across the road. Don't hold your breath for that to happen.
Won't be booking there again

We popped in here for breakfast on Sunday and we were pleasantly surprised! The food was amazing value and tasted great but more importantly the service was incredible, the lady we had serving us is an absolute credit to the Premier Inn (sorry I didn't get the name, Fulham fan though!) and I cannot stress enough how accommodating and kind she was. She made time to talk to the kids whilst they waited for their food about their schools, football and everything in-between and nothing was too much bother! We will be visiting again!

Hotel and Room were great as usual but as for the pub nxt door.Terrible.Very unclean and the smell in there was awful.A used toilet/dirty nappies springs to mind.No beer on tap, just bottles and half the place was closed off.Was offered breakfast upon checking in but politely declined. The smell would made me gag tbh.

Premier Inn has been my go-to place for stays when travelling across the UK or visiting friends. As usual, the rooms are very comfortable, albeit a bit tired and needing a refresh.
The restaurant, however, is another story. Although having a large restaurant for dining, the menu is depressing sparse, with a grand total of 6 main dishes which are disappointing basic.
When I stayed here, all of the on tap or pump drinks, both alcoholic and soft drinks, were out of service. On top of the already limited menu, many items were out of stock. Upon recieving the meal, the presentation was satisfactory, however, the quality of the ingredients and cooking were lacking.
Overall, for the purpose of staying overnight, it is acceptable accommodation. The built in restaurant, however, I would not recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was premier plus. Lovely and clean. Bed was so comfy.
The lady on reception on arrival and departure was so polite, caring and very bubbly. 5+ plus for her alone.
We did use the restaurant as the menu was quite limited.

I had a very long day, the hotel called earlier in the day to tell me that the restaurant was closed. I got there late and the gentleman staff member was very helpful, even writing down the wifi code as I forgot to get it myself, top marks ? I booked a Premier plus room, all ok except for the shower controls were broken and shower head broken. Managed to get a shower eventually, so not all bad. Reported it to reception in the morning and left. I would stay again, reccomended ??

Hotel is great, no complaints, however the restaurant, that's a different matter, horrendous.
No draft beer only bottles ( a nice way of getting a tenner a point out of people), the menu is very small, only 4 main meals and 2 pizzas, I ordered the fish and chips, it was disgusting.... The fish was preformed frozen rubbish, the type of thing you can get in a cheap supermarket got a couple of quid, the chips were tasteless, all in all just horrid.
I won't be going back there.

The Premier accomodation itself was fine it was the fact we paid for meal deals covering our two day visit
but did not realise the dinner menu choice was VERY limited on both nights, there was no draught beer available so bottles only and the bar closed at 21:00. !!!!

Creaky floors and a noisy heating system which woke me up at 5am, staff grumpy on check in. I would have given a higher score but when you?ve paid over £180 for room only you expect some level of service and a decent nights sleep! Avoided the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast as my experience from other premier inns recently is that they are understaffed and incapable of cooking.
