After seeing a very distressed hamster at the store I spoke to the lovely manager and he informed me that she had been there for 5 weeks and was timid. Bought a cage there and then and collected her the next day. The staff were amazing making sure that no one else would buy our ?peanut? she?s been home with us for 2 days and is a happy girl with lots of personality ?

Awful. I brought two rabbits from here in March for my daughter- they were the only two there and we felt bad for them. For health and safety we weren't allowed to hold them (which I understood,) I was asked A LOT of questions and encouraged to buy various things in order to provide the best home for them, which I did, despite having been a rabbit mom before. I asked about how they were cared for and about a slight bald patch one had; I was assured they were fine and it was due to the way it rested.. a week later I had concerns about the small one with the bald patch and also how visible its teeth seemed.. I've added the images that my vet took of the teeth, shocking!!!
I paid to have it's teeth cut (-burred) 3 times, it's jaw was totally misaligned and would cause it a lot of ongoing issues throughout it's life, providing it made it through the procedures..
unfortunately I was strongly encouraged for the rabbits sake and for my own finances to have it put down. The poor rabbit shouldn't have been sold in the first place and couldn't have lived without undergoing stressful procedures on a monthly basis, really unfair for the poor bunny and myself andy daughter.
The bald patch I discovered was due to its apparently 'paired friend' keep trying to mate with it. Health checks certainly weren't done by any of the staff who 'handled' them. The store wouldn't take the rabbit back nor advise or refund the vet costs and simply told me to consult customer services online who still haven't gotten back to me from my email in May. Avoid purchasing any pets from here!!

Telling me they won't sale me a hamster cos my cage is too small... It has a pen to run round in also and a ball! The only time it's gonna be in a cage is bedtime!! Wouldn't waste your time buying here scammers want you to spend £80 on a small hamster no chance for a large cage that it will hardly go in minus bedtime

We went in today to buy things for our new puppy. Zia helped us twice with fantastic advice not just about the products but also about looking after our first puppy when she comes to live with us. She was super knowledgeable and gave us some great tips and pup owning intel. Many thanks Zia you were fab!
