The what I assume is manager (chap in the grey suit) needs to understand that customers can come from anywhere. By being blatantly rude and overly defensive for no particular reason to a member of the public doesn?t present a particularly good image.

The Old Creamery treated us very fairly when a bed we had bought about 2 years ago collapsed. They speedily replaced it with a better designed bed and took away the old one. Yes we did have to pay a nominal sum but they were polite and understanding. It was so refreshing these days to be heard and treated well! Would definitely recommend them.

Recently taken delivery of the most fantastic quality proper wooden kitchen from Creamery Kitchens.
We have a tiny kitchen in our 16C cottage and had given a lot of thought as to the best use of space and the most suitable type of units.
We are so thankful that despite no big advertising campaigns, we came across Creamery Kitchens!
We visited the show room and explored the models on show without interference but when approached, Phil was utterly brilliant! He listened carefully to our situation, made some excellent suggestions and after a period of works we were able to order the kitchen.
The whole process, from start to finish has actually been joyful! I really appreciated the straightforward pricing, no sales gimmicks or offers, just a quote and terms. Right from the off, we felt confident that this company made quality products and wanted to ensure we had a kitchen that did what was needed and we would be happy with.
Phil appears to have endless patience, his colleagues have always been delightful to speak to and the delivery drivers were incredibly careful when delivering the units.
We really wanted to write this review as the product and service we have received has been absolutely exceptional. We have no reservations in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a proper wooden kitchen!
