I had great service today in store with 2 very supportive staff. Could not have had better service, helping me with my choices and setting up my new phone. They ensured my data would convert to the new phone as I was worried I'd lose photos etc . As someone who doesn't own a computer and relies on their phone, I can say all my things were transferred. I'm so happy ?

Everyone in the store is so friendly and polite when I need to call into the store. In particular Hannah helped me yesterday by recommending that I update the software on my Samsung. Thanks Hannah! 100% success! ???

Rude staff! I was not even acknowledged when I want to the shop! There was only one customer but to shop assistants ware helping him non of them even looked at me. I left after a few minutes . Absolutely disgusting ??????

Waited for a bit as they were busy. When I was served, I was greeted in a friendly manner, and communication was fantastic, and my issues were sorted out and left happy. Great service, guys.

Very Poor Customer service on Saturday. After explaining is was visiting on the advice from O2 telephone customer service that I could replace my almost new Samsung Flip phone....I waited 2 hours to be told by somebody else that it wasn't possible.

Called in last Thursday, as usual a bit apprehensive buying a new phone and wondering how much couldn't be transferred from my old one! But Natasha was the epitome of the friendly professional! She ensured the whole buying experience was painless, and everything, but everything went smoothly from the old phone to the new - even the 'do not disturb' settings! They are an experienced team of staff, and their enthusiasm and expertise is clear for all to see. Highly recommended.
