I returned a lampshade to the Yeovil store convinced I?d got the wrong one. I?d ordered it online and thought the wrong shade had been put in the right box. Louise served me and she was incredibly patient and helpful. I realised that it was actually the right shade but it didn?t look exactly a match to my two existing ones. Louise went out of her way to reassure me and that I was happy with my purchase.Nothing was too much effort for her , first class customer service! Thankyou Louise!!!

I visited the store in Yeovil last Friday 4-5 pm - chose items and went to pay. There were other people waiting. Looked across to the menswear section and there were two members of staff (no customers) chatting away and totally unaware of waiting customers. I left without the items I was intending to buy. I was not impressed, nor were my fellow shoppers. It is not surprising on line sales are rising. Surely one of the staff should have been on the main counter? Very disappointing.

An angel called carole was amazing today.nothing was too much trouble. She kitted both my autistic sons out for suits. Next yeovil is a shop one of my sons love. Carole is always so lovely to him and always ready to help. Shes an absolute star.she gave good advice on matching the suits with ties shoes and belts and what could of been an extremely difficult time she made it very quick and easy guessing both the boys sizes straight away\\n\\nThank you sooo much for your help.

Staff childish and unprofessional. Since speaking with 3 different people about 1 specific problem and none of them had any clue of what actual, decent customer service is I think the company have a HR problem. Maybe this is why there stores didn't last on the high street.

Next is no longer at this location. It has moved to Unit 6, The Peel Centre, Babylon Hill, Yeovil BA21 5BT The new location is out of town which is less convenient than the original town centre location. However the current location is larger allowing for more stock.

Can't the store managers use there tiny brains and work together and go out and clear up all that rubbish, yes it maybe Christmas and might not be your job but its disgusting and who knows you may even attract more customers!
