Very busy but probably because lots of banks in other towns have shut down now! One lady took my details and we?d literally just sat down before we got called over, the lady was very efficient and friendly and sorted out all the things I needed easily and quickly very appreciated as not always the case in other branches or online services, great thanks.

I popped in with a multitude of things I needed sorted and the member of staff (Mel) that helped me was an absolute delight, we managed to get everything sorted and she was even still smiling at the end of it, best banking experience ever thanks Mel

I booked a zoom appointment with a senior banker and took time off work to talk through setting up 2 additional mortgages with them, no one come to the meeting after waiting for 30 minutes, I called them and spoke to customer service, I was told Someone would be contacted and that was a day ago , still no contact not great service really

NatWest decided to block my card because they "suspected" fraud going on within my account. So borrowing money off family is fraud now, right? At least the customer service at Yeovil NatWest was good & NatWest let me draw out money, im currently waiting for the debit card to arrive in the post but it's only been under a week so I can't complain really.

Staff are friendly enough, but the company's decision to dictate what I can and can't spend MY OWN MONEY on, specifically crypto-currency is a joke. Moving banks.

I'm a customer at NatWest Bank I found staff are very happy to help and support you found different things are available online and try are best what right for you and comfortable with and they are very open with things to customers what matters like credit card, mortgages saver account ,and you got a goal you want in life , that all I have to say so myself and customers you are welcome .

It's certainly a bank, complete with all the normal bank-related things that ordinary banks have...

Let me make this absolutely clear, the staff at this branch of Natwest are absolutely spot on. All personable, all polite. The problem is with the endless modernisation programme they seem to be relentlessly instigating.
Regularly there are 2 cashiers on the tills, with 5 or 6 other staff members milling about and trying to make themselves redundant by directing customers to the electronic cashpoints. The same cashpoints that don't read your cheques, give change or read your banknotes / receipt book, resulting in 10 attempts to put your money through, by which point you give up and go to the cash tills to join the queue with the other 50 people who have just attempted to use the ECM.
It is a ridiculous situation. Regularly we get offered the advice......Have you tried online banking???? Erm, I own a small business, I have to pay cash in.... There's only one way to do that... And that ridiculous reg that came in last year of having to give 24hr notice for change.. Hello?? 24hr notice for £20 in pound coins?
The last time I looked I was a customer. Would be nice if they remembered that it was actually my money they're dealing with.
If this is progress.. Strewth.

This Bank froze my companyâ??s and my personal accounts. They gave us no reason and refused to discuss it. They did not unfreeze it until we got our MP and solicitors involved.
Next they gave us notice to terminate our accounts again gave no reason and bluntly refused to discuss or give a reason. This is how they treat a customer of fifty years.
Once we found alternative banking they blocked the account switch service banks offer. All of this gave us tremendous problems with the every day activities of our business and had it continued it would have put us out of business. We were unable to pay out or receive payments.
We were treated like criminals or worse..
Our new bank carried out its due diligence and credit checked our company and found us 100% clean to deal with.
My advise is steer well clear of the Nat West Bank they have no conscience or morals. Let alone loyalty!!!!!

Good staff but prefer the old lay out where there were more staff to assist.

Awful and I feel very unsafe now ...the tellers are out on a limb with no protection when you hand over money I use the branch now less and less putting cash in other safer banks or the post office .....perhaps this is what they want less people so they can close the branch .....it is working in now hate the place

Needs to go back to having customer assistants serving customers, rather than referring them to machines that don't read cheques, recognise paying in slips & reject cash.
